OUR TAPROOM IS OPEN
Wilmington Brew Works is serious about making our taproom as safe as possible. Here are the things we are doing to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience!
Table Service. We have transitioned to table service during restricted COVID operations. As of March 22, 2021, all seating is first-come, first-served in the taproom. Please head to the host stand to be seated indoors or out. If there are a few people waiting at the host stand, please stay outside appropriately distanced. As of April 27th, 2021, we must limit inside tables to no more than 6 people. Outside tables may have up to 10 people. We ask that you remain seated as much as possible while you are here. Children are welcome, but must also remain seated. Our menus are QR code based.
Enhanced Cleaning. One of the secrets to brewing great beer is a stringent cleaning regimen. We’ve taken the procedures we use in the production space and moved them out to our front of house as well. Each hour, we are sanitizing all surfaces that you, or our staff, may come in contact with. From credit card machines to door handles to sinks to refrigerators to the pens used to sign credit card slips, everything is sanitized regularly. We have plenty of alcohol-based hand sanitizer available.
Masks are Required. When in our taproom or in our licensed spaces, our staff and our patrons are required to wear a mask any time they are not seated at their tables. When seated, please remove your mask and enjoy yourself!
Limited and distanced seating indoors. We have fit as many tables as possible while maintaining 6 feet spacing between patrons while seated. Currently, our Alamo Room is a secondary indoor taproom space with table service.
Expanded outdoor seating. We’ve expanded our licensed patio space and spread out the tables. On the front side of our building, that means tables under the pergola and along the front of the building under the eaves. Out back, we are utilizing our patio spaces and lounge seating to make as much room for your to spread out and enjoy yourselves. All outdoor seating is appropriately distanced.
Removal of Communal Hot-Spots. We have removed our water station (Bottles of water are available for $1), and shut down our chalkboard wall and games area.
Online Ordering of To-Go Product including Curbside Pickup. From the beginning of the COVID shutdown, we have had online ordering availability of Growlers, Crowlers, Cans and Bottles for taproom pickup. Since that time, we’ve expanded those options to include selected merchandise as well. Curbside pickup is an option for those who prefer to stay in their automobiles.
