Stacia’s original music captivates with soaring vocals\, luminous melodies\, and thought-provoking lyrics.\n\n \nBased in Northern\, NJ by way of Brooklyn\, Hell’s Kitchen and rural Wisconsin\, Stacia has been performing and writing music since childhood. Born into a musical family and raised on an eclectic mix of barbershop harmonies (her family frequently performed as a quartet!)\, old time country and 60’s folk\, one thing has remained constant on her musical journey….writing and performing her own songs. Stacia cut her first full length album of original folk/pop songs at age 17 and recently opened for Crys Matthews at Outpost in the Burbs in Montclair\, NJ.\n\n \nStacia’s most recent solo album ‘Straight to the Middle’ entered the top 20 of Roots Americana Chart while her single ‘Sunny Days’ entered the top 10. Comprised of 9 songs written by Stacia and recorded at Kaleidoscope Sound w/ Randy Crafton\, producer/musician Scott E Moore and the help of some incredible talents like Dan Reiser of Norah Jones ‘Come Away with Me’\, & Kim Rosen of Aimee Mann’s ‘Mental Illness\,’ the album ‘Straight to the Middle’ explores the complexities of life\, love and the shared human experiences that connect us.
