I cannot give a small group special treatment to accommodate their other commitments (for example: “I also play poker Wednesday nights and need to be out by 7:30” or “I don’t get off work until 7pm\, so I need to start at 7:30 or later every week). I understand that situations may arise on occasion\, and will work with everyone to the best of my ability. Once the league starts\, I will distribute my email and phone number for scheduling.  \nForfeits:  \nIf your team is more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled match time\, you will forfeit your match. If your team cannot make it to a week of league play\, you will forfeit your match. Please let me know ahead of time if you cannot make a week assuming you are aware in advance.
