This is what we like to call a Funky Wit. We take our popular Bier du Blanc recipe with orange peel and add a load of local lemongrass to supplement the already abundant orange peel, then turn loose the wild saccramyces and brettanomyces. Brett du Blanc is brighter and fruitier thanks to the wild yeast, without being overly sour or tart. Be adventurous and explore an element of brewing that is new to Delaware!
