We set out to make a NE Belgian Spiced Ale, and realized that what we were doing was creating an obscure and esoteric style known as the Danish Confectionery Quad. There isn't much we didn't do with this beer and wow! Sometimes more is more... especially when it comes to ABV. Please be careful with this delicious delight. A sweet, delicious, strong ale with notes of baked goods. A Drinkable Dessert!
