Perry (a cider made from pears) has long been a staple style around the world. This Perry is made with 2 (two) kinds of pears (Bosc and Bartlett) from the state of Michigan (the one that looks like a mitten) and fermented dry (no sugar left behind). *Perry (cider) does not contain gluten.
