A traditional, noble-hopped, unfiltered, Pilsner, with a spin out of the Italian Craft Brewing scene. Dry hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a just a touch of Simcoe to impart a mix of old-world and new-world hop flavors. Balanced and subtly complex.
