Low-to-No ABV Happy Hour with UNDONE

Join us at Wilmington Brew Works on Friday, August 14th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM for a special happy hour! We’re teaming up with the folks from Undone to highlight low-to-no ABV cocktails.

We’re thrilled to have Camille Supplee (from Undone) and John Sheetz (from Lanterna) hanging out with us, sharing their expertise, ready to serve up four uniquely crafted cocktails featuring Undone’s non-alcoholic “spirits.”

Here’s the lineup of what we’ll be serving:

• The Paper Plane: A beautifully balanced twist on a classic. This drink perfectly marries the herbal notes of Undone Vermouth and Apero with a bright citrus kick, all rounded out with a touch of bourbon for a sophisticated finish.
• The Lil’ Spritz: This low-alcohol stunner blends Undone Little French Aperitif with white sangria and a whisper of lavender. Served over ice and topped with soda.
• Apero Spritz: Crisp, bubbly, and endlessly drinkable. This is the ultimate patio sipper—Undone “Apero” meets chilled Prosecco and a splash of soda water for a light, effervescent refresher.
• The Reverse Manhattan: For those who love a bold, classic profile. This sophisticated concoction features a generous pour of Undone “Vermouth” and rye whiskey, elevated with our bespoke bitters blend. It’s spirit-forward, complex, and deeply satisfying.
