Ryan, a Wilmington native, learned to make cider while working as an instructor at the North American Bushcraft School in Hedgesville, WV. After joining the team at WBW, he began learning the brewing process and worked his way up to Brewer. Now days, Ryan splits his time between brewing / cidermaking and managing the taproom.
