An obscure and esoteric style we’re calling a Danish Pastry Quad, this beer was born out of a New England Belgian Spiced Ale. We took a more is more approach with this beer, especially when it comes to ABV. Dry hopped and spiced with vanilla, cinnamon and honey; this strong dark quad feels just like a trip to grandma’s house, complete with the essence of pumpkin pie. A Drinkable Dessert!
