Stylistically, this beer favors a Belgian Wit, but with a NEIPA bias. Bier du Blanc is a nice blend of barley and wheat, with an expressive yeast variety. But, in a uniquely American tradition we started to tinker; which means more of everything! So we reserve a majority of the hops for a late addition, and augment that with an abundance of sweet orange peel, coriander, and a whisper of grains of paradise.
