This is a wild pale ale with a Northeast IPA approach, using Ekanaut and Loral hops for a fruity flavor that leans towards melon and tropical fruit. All the things you love about a NEIPA, but in a smaller and wilder beer. This is a blend of our Wild Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces Lambicus cultures that emphasize a fruitier side to the wild beer.
