A delightful and pleasantly dry beer. The light citrusy hop additions become more present and the sweetness of an ale has been arrested. The El Dorado and Amarillo late additions gently shine through the faint whisper of malt in a beautifully balanced and delicate manner.The malt bill has been completely fermented out by our west coast yeast variety for a brilliant and dry finish. Careful! At 6%, it drinks way too easy!
