Our golden sour has been aging for years in chardonnay barrels, blended with a conglomeration of microflora. This results in a bright and funky sour. Of course, we set our own course by using our Helles lager as the base, but it sours beautifully and is reminiscent of a wild fermented Belgian style. To finish, we blend the sour beer with peach and allow it to referment in a stainless tank. The resulting product is funky with a cheeky hint of peach. Surprisingly quaffable and easily enjoyed!
