Featuring hops grown under the constellation of the Southern Cross : Crux Australis, with Australian Vic Secret and New Zealand Motu hop blend. This NEIPA has an assertively forward hop character that resembles Pineapple and Citrus with the gentle caress of black pepper. The light malt bill, provides a delicate citrus candy impression that lingers on the palette.
