In 1885, the building that is now home to The Quoin was designed by renowned architect, Frank Furness. While Furness had experience working alone, he also collaborated with several draftsmen. In the spirit of that collaboration, The Quoin and Wilmington Brew Works have teamed up to create something new. Dry-Hopped with NZ Hops on a crispy, cold brewed base, it's the perfect accompaniment to your dinner reservation, hotel stay, or chill session on the rooftop lounge.
