Emphasis on Citra is an uncomplicated Lactose NEIPA, dry-hopped with a blend that is Citra-forward. This results in a sweet, hoppy, beer with no bitterness. The play between our house wild yeast and the hops suggest a citrusy candy. Allow us to emphasize Citra hops!
