Emphasis on Mosaic, or as we prefer - em(p)-?fa-s?s ??n ?m?-?z?-ik - is an uncomplicated Lactose NEIPA, triple dry-hopped with a blend that is Mosaic-forward. This results in a sweet, hoppy, beer with no bitterness. The play between our house wild yeast and the hops suggest a stone-fruit candy. Allow us to emphasize Mosaic hops!
