Emphasis on Simcoe is an uncomplicated Lactose NEIPA, triple dry-hopped with a blend that is Simcoe-forward. This results in a sweet, hoppy, beer with no bitterness. The play between our house wild yeast and the hops suggest a citrusy candy. Mixed with vanilla puree and mixed berries.
