Our west coast IPA provides us with the perfect platform to throw back to a simpler time. Beer is fun! We get to experiment and share the results. These casks represent flavors that you can’t find on a shelf and is demonstrative of what Craig fell in love with in craft beer. Our brewer takes time to produce every recipe by hand. We will occasionally spent extra time creating small one off projects that highlight different elements of brewing. Azzacca and Mosaic are both well worn hops today. However we spent a little time putting together a flash back to craft beer 20? 25? Years ago
