Our brewer keeps our German beers traditional. Flaxen Fascination rings beautifully true to the style of a Bavarian Hefeweizen. The clear statement of clove and banana is capped nicely by a dry malt presence and finishes with notes of the Mandrina Bavaria hop for a light lemon citrus note.
