Necessity is truly the mother of all invention. We've grown an affinity toward shaking the hop bines! We decided to upgrade one of our favorites without doing all the math first and ran low on Mosaic... Luckily the only thing better than hops is more hops. So we did what anyone would do; throw more hops in! This is an equal ratio of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. Blueberry and citrus notes are accompanied by a sweet malt and creamy finish.
