We blended another selection of northern hemisphere hops - Amarillo, El Dorado, and Idaho7 - for the 'Polaris' Edition of Manual Automation. The beer was double dry hopped with the same hops, but separated by 7 days each time. This combined to deliver a bright and intense hop character and aroma, without being oppressive. Look for grapefruit and citrus notes with the slightest hint of pine.
