A collaborative beer with our friends from 2SP Bering Company, Stitch House Brewery, & Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, in honor of Out & About Magazines 30th Anniversary. The Stout was brewed with a bushel of Delaware oysters from the Inland Bays. The oysters add calcium sulfate that hardens the water. This rounds out the roasted malt flavors, allowing the big chocolate flavors and bitterness from the malt to be muted.
