Our brewer is particularly fond of Rye Malts. This Northeast Rye IPA incorporates this distinctly German malt and pairs it with unlikely hops for the style. The impression on the palette is floral and spice, a hint of citrus, and a delicate black tea finish. The hops selection features Hüll Melon and Madarina Bavaria for both the kettle and dry hop additions. Teutonic Metaphysics is fermented with our Nordic Farmhouse yeast. We will enjoy tippling our way into fall with this new and distinctive offering.
