We are bringing West Coast cool to the Mid-Atlantic with this aggressively hopped IPA. This product has a piney grapefruit bitterness with a solid malt backbone. Instead of emulating a classic brew, we re-imagined the roots of the American IPA. English grains, Amber and Caramel Amber provide a malty support to old school Simcoe and Chinook hops in the kettle. Finally, some Chinook HopHash for the classic grapefruit flavor.
