Double Dry Hopped with Simcoe and Centennial, served on Cask. A gnarly throwback to the early days of American craft beer. An amber colored, clear, bitter & hoppy concoction features some uniquely American hops from the early days of Craft Beer - Simcoe, Cascade, and Chinook. All the hop character is derived from kettle hopping techniques that were in vogue **checks calendar** thirty years ago.
